longaivideo is run by QueryLabs AB, org.nr 559515-6216, Sweden. These are the terms for using it, written in plain language on purpose.
The service
longaivideo lets you write a script, generate short AI video clips scene by scene, and stitch them into one longer video. You buy credits and spend them on clips at a flat rate. See pricing for the current price.
Credits
Credits you buy never expire. If a clip fails to generate, we refund the credit automatically. If you have unused credits and want a refund, email hello@longaivideo.app. We refund unused credits on request. We don't refund credits already spent on clips you generated, including ones you didn't end up using in your final video.
Your content
You own the scripts you write and the videos you generate. Don't use longaivideo to generate anything illegal, harassing, or that violates someone else's rights. We can suspend accounts that do.
What we don't promise
AI video generation isn't perfect. Clips can fail or come out wrong, which is why you can try another take before you commit to one. We provide the service as-is and can't guarantee a particular result, uptime, or that any given generation will look how you pictured it.
Changes to the service or these terms
We're a small team and things will change as we learn what works. If we change something that materially affects you (pricing, these terms, what credits can be refunded), we'll say so plainly rather than quietly editing this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
