longaivideo is run by QueryLabs AB, org.nr 559515-6216, Sweden. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it, in plain language, not legal filler.
What we collect
Your email address (to sign you in), the scripts and scene descriptions you write, the clips and videos you generate, and basic usage data (like when you generated something) so we can debit credits correctly and fix things when they break. Payment details are handled by Stripe directly. We never see or store your card number.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't run ad-tracking. We haven't decided whether to add basic product analytics yet. If we do, this page will say so and say what it is.
Where your data lives
We use a small number of third-party services to run longaivideo. See the full, honest list on the sub-processors page. Most of them process data in the United States. We don't currently offer an EU-region storage option.
Your rights
You can ask us what we have on you, ask us to delete it, or ask us to export it, at any time. Email hello@longaivideo.app. We'll respond ourselves; there's no support ticket queue to get lost in.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll say so plainly here rather than quietly editing it.
